The following pages create the terms and conditions of a contract between you and us which covers:
(a) your use of our website; and
(b) how we make our sales training and coaching programs available to you.
NovaVente hosts regular events, webinars, training sessions for its audience that can include interested parties like customers, prospects, employees, potential employees, industry peers and parties who are generally interested in the topics on which sessions are conducted.
Contract
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to our provision and your use of the information, services and materials (“Online Content and Courses”) through the NovaVente website (the “Website”) including you visiting and browsing the Website (being a “Visitor”) and registering with NovaVente as a student (a “Learner”).
Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms are not negotiable. If you do not agree to them, you must stop using the Website and the Online Content and Courses immediately.

- In these Terms, references to “you” or “your” are references to you whether as a Learner or Visitor.
- NovaVente also offers Online Content and Courses from universities and other institutions from across the world (“Partner Institutions”).

Website use
We are licensed to use all the content on our website. All the content here is owned by us. We ask that you please respect the content.
- You are not allowed to commercialise our website or the content on it (i.e. you are not allowed to make money or attract advertising to another business by using our website).
- You can share our Homepage URL with others but if you only link to part of our website or copy and paste parts of it you have to acknowledge where the content comes from.
- We are not responsible for the content or any viruses etc on sites that we may link to.
- You are not allowed to develop, support or use software, devices or scripts to scrape the content on the website.
- We comply with all relevant laws on Privacy and Data Protection. In general, this means that we will only collect or process personal information for specific and lawful purposes, we won’t collect more than we need for those purposes or keep it for longer than necessary, we’ll do our best to keep it accurate, and we’ll keep it as safe as we can. Registering for our courses
- You may only use the content on our platform for your own personal or business learning and you are not allowed to adapt it or distribute any of it to anybody else.
- The content we provide on our platform is owned by us or by our Partner Institutions. You have no rights over that content except as provided in the contract.
Using the Website (as a learner)
- By using this Website and the Online Content and Courses, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with these Terms and the Policies (each as amended from time to time). Use of the Website and access to the Online Content and Courses by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

- You agree not to access or attempt to access any other Visitor or Learner’s account or falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
- You agree not to force headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Website; and
- You agree not to send, knowingly receive, submit, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms and the Policies.
- We grant the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions, either generally or in specific cases.
- You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Website and Online Content and Courses which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
- You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Website, Online Content and Courses (or any part of the Online Content and Courses) to you or to Learners generally for whatever reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of that breach (including, but not limited to, any loss or damage
- which we or any third party may suffer).
Changes to the Website and these Terms
- We may update or amend these Terms (as well as our Policies or any other guidance we issue) from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements. When we update our Terms or Policies, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website and you are advised to check this page every time you use the Website.
- For any operational, regulatory, legal or other reason, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all of the Online Content and Courses with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension or termination. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.
Other Important Terms
- If any of these Terms are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
- We may freely transfer or assign any part of our rights or delegate our obligations under these Terms. You are not entitled to transfer or assign, by operation of law or otherwise, any part of your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- These Terms, the Policies and the Code of Conduct set out the entire agreement between you and us and replace any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any delay or failure by us to exercise any right we may have under these Terms does not constitute a waiver by us of that right.
- Corporate Policy for Non Payment of Invoice post Due date
- All dues involves will attract standard, additional 10% billing per month of invoice payment delays.
- Immediate legal recourse with official complaint MSME (UDYAM Department), Income Tax and GST department (for non-payment)
- and using our registered “Professional Dues Recovery Agency” which can involve a formal legal case, approaching your clients, partners, using social media and necessary personal visits to recover all dues. This will be as per mandatory laws of India.
